Amazing!

I am currently working on a chatterbot named "Corby", and I made a breakthrough: it learned it's name. By that, I don't mean I taught it to read back "Corby" when I typed in "What is your name?" It learned its name. It can read back the name when I ask it to, no matter what I type. Fascinating!

Beware the ELIZA effect! I know, I know, you're smarter than that!

I've been playing around with MyCyberTwin. It's not nearly as cool as 'real' chatterbots, but still kind of neat.

Courtney, I was gonna email you about Z's new project, but I see you already know.
Thanks for the encouragement!
